Based in stunning offices in the heart of the West End for an upmarket global Property Company with one of the best reputations in the industry, this Secretary role is based with the Hotel Valuations team..
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, world-class team.

Key responsibilities:
* Diary and email management
* Organise internal and external meetings, viewings and conference calls
* Team travel arrangements including UK and Overseas travel and preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs and assisting with all the teams instructions.
* You will be assisting with arranging the team's small and larger client and internal events as well as maintaining all the teams contacts on the in-house system.
* You will also be involved in ensuring that the teams Valuation WIP and fee quote is analysis is maintained.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge required:
* At least 2 years secretarial experience gained within a corporate environment
* Strong Copy and Audio typing of 60wpm+
* Personable individual who works well as part of a team and also individually.
* Experienced in the Microsoft Office suite
* Diary management experience
* Excellent English grammar and spelling
* Flexible, adaptable and proactive
* Ability to juggle and prioritise busy workloads
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Well spoken, clear speaking voice
