A boutique executive search firm based in Central London is looking for a Project Support Assistant\Business Support Administrator to work within a small organisation alongside an Office Manager and a few consultants/Directors. Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation with excellent scope for development and progression.

Main purpose of role:

To provide consistently high-quality administrative support that meet the needs of the business in an efficient, flexible and responsive manner.

Key duties:

  • Diary and travel management as required for Directors and team
  • Ensure that all client contracts are signed and returned appropriately
  • Regularly update the CRM system to ensure that data is accurate
  • Liaise directly with candidates and clients, for queries and scheduling meetings, calls and interviews
  • Interact with clients and candidates by phone, email or in person in a professional manner
  • Prepare high quality reports for clients– Longlist, shortlist, search etc.
  • Check and respond to emails related to the delivery of projects when Partners/Directors are not available

Key experience:

  • Administrative experience in a customer focused environment, ideally professional services
  • Proficient in multi-tasking and working flexibly to cover other roles in the team where needed
  • Ability to manage a number of conflicting priorities effectively

Key skills:

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated with positive outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisations, both orally and in writing.
  • Have good attention to detail and be able to present information clearly and concisely
  • Ability to prioritise the work of self and others, where applicable, and to work calmly, with resilience and productively
  • Show strength in developing and maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates
  • Aptitude to work under pressure and complete within deadlines
  • A team player that can take the lead where necessary
