The PA to Head of Origination role is working for an Energy company with a global presence, based in their London head office. My client have been trading for over 50 years and have offices globally. This role is based in their modern London head office, home to over 250 employees.

Description

Key responsibilities for the PA to Head of Origination - Energy company - London role include:

- Complex diary and inbox management for the department head and wider team

- Coordinating international travel for the team including visas, flights, hotels and transfers

- Processing the team expenses

- Preparing frequent presentations for client meetings

- Data entry and managing multiple spreadsheets

- Liaising with clients and booking meetings for the team

- Taking minutes for the department head

- Assisting with wider administrative support

Profile

The PA to Head of Origination - Energy company - London will be/will have:

- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role

- Energy or Financial Services background is preferred but not essential

- Confident across all Microsoft packages

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven ability to work to own initiative

- Excellent problem solving skills

Job Offer

The successful candidate will have access to:

- A salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience
