Customer Support Administrator - £20 - £22k
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a membership organisation in the City of London! It is a temp-FTC opportunity. The role requires the right candidate to provide Administrative support to the Customer Support team.
Duties will include:
*Managing complex enquiries
*Processing payments & applications
*Inputting customer data
*General administrative tasks
*Use of Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience dealing with high demand of enquiries
*Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to multi task in order to meet deadlines
*Excellent and effective communication skills both written and verbal
*Ability to remain calm under pressure and be flexible, with a proactive can-do attitude
The successful candidate must have strong communication skill and administrative skills. Also, the ability to prioritise work and remain calm under pressure. Candidates should have a good attention to detail and able to demonstrate high standards of work. Previous data management experience would be advantageous.
