An opportunity has arisen for a professional secretary with either a legal, corporate or professional services background to support the Partner and team of Associates at a top law firm based in the West End. As the Secretary to a key partner, you will provide full administrative support and secretarial assistance.
The role is heavily organisational. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the production of documents; audio typing; typing letters, correspondence and legal documentation
- Digital dictation; managing incoming communication.
- Case management filing and all documentation management
- Email screening and management
- Projects / Research as required
It is essential that all applicants have experience with audio typing work coupled with some substantial office/administrative/secretarial experience. This position may suit someone looking to return to work after a career break.
You should have strong organisational experience, good technical skills in MS office and strong/fast typing. What’s more, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and client service experience. In addition, you will have a proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to team working.
Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a fantastic benefits package and competitive salary.
