We are looking for a self-motivated and driven candidate to join our successful temporary division at Tiger Recruitment. As specialists within London’s secretarial recruitment market, we take great pride in providing a top-notch service.
We work with a range of clients across all industries with some impressive names on our books. Our team is close knit, and everyone strives for success. We genuinely put the best interests of our candidates and clients at the top of the list. Every personality at Tiger is different which makes for a team that learns from one another and complements each person’s qualities.
We are looking for a consultant with previous recruitment experience. This will be to take over a warm temporaries’ desk with some fantastic clients to account manage, but we are also looking for an individual who loves business development and will look to grow the existing client base. Working in a small team, you will be eager and capable of managing your own workload. Confident dealing with high calibre clients over the phone and face to face, you will represent our business in a professional manner with strong presentation and written language skills.
As a proactive and organised candidate, you will of course receive our guidance and training to develop a strong client base and successful desk however, it would be beneficial if you have had experience building a client base previously.
Duties within this role will include but won’t be limited to:
You will be given the autonomy to manage your own desk, manage your own time and prioritise your workload, in order to maximise the potential of the temporaries’ desk. That said, full training will be provided, and you will be surrounded by a supportive team who have a genuine want to help and see you succeed.
To join our team, you will need:
This is a supportive environment where you will benefit from outstanding career development. At Tiger we work hard and enjoy what we do. Benefits include exceptional bonuses, 25 days annual leave, company phone, team lunches, annual team outings, dress down Friday and lots more.
