As the leading provider of Reception Management Services in London, Office Concierge are trained to deliver an unsurpassed five star visitor experience to a number of prestigious office buildings in London. 

As a Reception Manager at Office Concierge, you will have a natural flair for customer service and people management. We are seeking a motivated self-starter, whose responsibility will be to ensure that the team provides a welcoming and efficient front of house reception service to all employees, their guests and other visitors of the building. The successful candidate will also be responsible for continually looking to develop the relationships between the reception team, management, and the tenants in order to oversee all daily activities of the reception area as a whole.

• Someone who will bring new innovation to the front of house reception service to improve service and ensure a seamless service to all guests and clients
