Office/ Team Assistant required to join a small but sociable and successful recruitment firm in the City.
Working with a team of Consultants, you will assist in the daily running of the office as well as assisting with client and candidate management. They require a bright and confident candidate with lots of personality who is happy to muck in.
Duties to include;
- Answering all incoming calls
- Formatting CVs
- Setting up interviews with clients and candidates
- Taking interview feedback
- Ad-hoc office management
- Social Media and marketing tasks
- Assisting with writing innovative job adverts
Good MS Office and strong communication skills are key as is proven office admin/support experience. Immediate start, get in touch!
