Office/ Team Assistant required to join a small but sociable and successful recruitment firm in the City.

Working with a team of Consultants, you will assist in the daily running of the office as well as assisting with client and candidate management. They require a bright and confident candidate with lots of personality who is happy to muck in.

Duties to include;

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Formatting CVs
  • Setting up interviews with clients and candidates
  • Taking interview feedback
  • Ad-hoc office management
  • Social Media and marketing tasks
  • Assisting with writing innovative job adverts

Good MS Office and strong communication skills are key as is proven office admin/support experience. Immediate start, get in touch!
