We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator (minimum 2 years experience) who is happy to hit the ground running and deal with the day to day general admin that comes with any HR role such as, contracts, letters, new starter & leaver journey, database updates etc…
Main responsibilities are -
- Help manage and administer various HR projects
- Administration / maintenance of Employee Benefits portfolio
- Continually update all HR databases
- Preparation and ongoing administration for disciplinary/grievance procedures
- General HR administration
- New Starter and Leaver journeys
- Recruitment Support
- Manage e-Days Holiday and Absence System
- Assisting payroll on a monthly basis
- Supporting all employees
