Responsibilities:

Day to day:

  • Diary and inbox management, flagging important issues and responding as appropriate

Candidates:

  • Reviewing CVs and applicants (inquisitive mind required!)
  • Preparing candidate documentation prior to interview
  • Arranging interviews and maintaining an accurate record of candidates going out for interview
  • Advising candidates on their CVs and producing CVs in the house style; ensuring correct presentation
  • Following up from interviews and providing feedback to candidates and clients
  • Referencing; acquiring reference details and contacting referees
  • Maintaining accurate up to date records

Clients:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients within the leading financial institutions
  • Creating job specifications, requiring background research
  • Monitoring concluded client agreements including sending terms of business and logging agreed terms
  • Tracking client fees producing reports
  • Researching salary benchmarks for surveys

Projects:

  • Social media, marketing, web development, event management, graduate recruitment

Requirements

  • Ideally previous experience within a busy and demanding role in a corporate environment
  • Good academic record, ongoing study supported
  • Ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines
  • Adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Ability to liaise at all levels
  • Genuine interest to learn and grow
