Executive Assistant to MD

Our client is looking for an EA to join their family office based in newly opened offices in Mayfair. You will be supporting the London MD, as well as ad-hoc office management when required. It is a small office of 8 with 5 private investors so they are looking for a highly professional candidate who can manage a varied workload.

We are looking for candidates who have supported MD or Partner level and ideally come from a Private Equity or Investment background. The suitable candidate must speak fluent German, as their HQ is in Germany, as well as having impeccable English.

They are looking for someone friendly, confident and determined with a team-focused, helpful approach.
