Associate Manager

Our Global client is looking for an Associate Manager to become part of a diverse team that enables all employees to deliver high performance to their clients. You will supervise a small team of People Advisers / Senior Analysts, who provide generalist HR support to specific client groups.

Serving as a main point of contact and managing relationships with stakeholder groups and key individuals, you will also be responsible for implementing key HR processes within the HR field.

This role is a diverse and challenging role which involves designing and implementing local employee engagement and recognition programs. Handling and overseeing complex employee discipline and grievances, consulting with ER as appropriate. You will give advice and facilitate with the team, working on people change programmes, including TUPE transfers, reporting and analytical information which will aim to drive insights to inform talent strategy. You will also, process integration across the team whilst leading a small team of people advisers.
