Are you looking to work on a fast paced start-up? One of our clients, a Tech Startup based in South West London, are seeking a Finance and Office Coordinator to join their hardworking team.

Duties will include, but in no way will be restricted to:

• Communicating with the company network
• Start sales conversations with clients
• Logging and recording sales teams updates
• Updating QuickBooks and paying invoices etc.
• Managing diaries and booking travel
• Ad hoc personal PA work for Director

This is an exciting role for someone looking to work for a Tech Startup in a role where there is the opportunity to grow and develop with the company. The ideal candidate for this role will be intuitive, intelligent and highly proactive, good with computers and have a strong understanding of excel, including pivot tables. You must have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to manage your work efficiently and ensure all is done in a timely manner.
