Our client, based in the heart of the West End are currently adding to their Executive Assistant Community and have some fantastic openings for some Executive Assistants to come in and hit the ground running seeing projects through from start to finish.

Your duties will include: 

Overseeing and managing each project from start to finish.
Complex diary management and setting up meetings often across various time-zones.  
Booking travel and accommodation and preparing itineraries.  
Updating all the systems and  processes and database with relevant client information and preparing reports.  
Preparing powerpoint presentations and client packs.  
Proof-reading and formatting documents in line with company standards.  
General admin duties and email inbox management.  
Handling highly confidential information and liaising with top Executives.  
Processing expenses.  

The ideal personal will have:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
Real team player with a muck in attitude.
Able to follow systems and processes.
Thrive in a fast paced environment. Able to think ahead of the game and anticipate needs.
Resilient and flexible working style as well as being upbeat and positive.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Dedicated and have a real interest in the company and values.

At least 2-3 years’ previous solid experience.  Degree educated would be an advantage but not essential.
