We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a global and fast growing tech business, based a moments’ walk from St Pauls. You will oversee and coordinate all recruitment up to Director level, engaging across the business and both internal and external stakeholders.
The business are seeking a proactive and confident recruiter who is able to build solid relationships with agencies, however, manage their own resourcing process, using social media, LinkedIn and working closely with the marketing team to enhance the brand and the talent process.
You will have experience within an in house recruitment/ talent role or within an agency environment.
The business are willing to offer the right person remote working, up to 1-2 days per week, if not more, depending on the business needs, as well as flexible working hours.
Salary is 45k plus bonus, 25 days holiday. 8:30-5:30 standard hours with flex.
