JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate all printed assets for the Two Stores. Implement all admin tasks that are required for the Stores. Work closely with the Fancy Dress Manager and assist Marketing and Merchandising with variety of administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*Coordinate all printed assets, billboards, flyers, catalogues, store and building signage etc.
*Working closely with the Design department as well as the Online Marketing team to implement the 'Halloween theme' for AFD.
*Creating briefs for the Design department for all assets.
*Proposing campaigns to management and directors.
*Working with third party external printing companies for a wide variety of collateral.
*Bi-weekly visits to the Shaftesbury Avenue Store with Fancy Dress Manager to follow up on current campaigns, brainstorm new ideas for Marketing projects.
*Management of window installations for both stores (up to x4 a year) working closely with the store Manager to develop and implement themes and visuals. Also working closely with the Fancy Dress Manager to ensure stock availability.
*Manage stationery stock levels and deal with all internal stationary requests
*Variety of administrative tasks from Marketing team, phone list, org chart
*Variety of administrative tasks for the Merchandising team, shop book page requirements, maintaining linked accessories, maintaining web product data and requesting images from suppliers.
*Help in our stores as a sale assistant at peak times and to cover holiday and sickness

EXPERIENCE

*Good general administration skills (previous office experience)
*Ability to plan and prioritise workload
*Attention to detail.
*Good communicator both written and verbal.
*Willing and keen to learn with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
*Takes responsibility and ownership for driving own development.
*Extremely Reliable
