We are looking for a German speaking graduate with strong administrative experience to join a truly fantastic global company in a full time permanent position. Your role within this team will be crucial and valued!

Who you will be working for

You will be working for a worldwide wealth management company with expertise in investment banking. This company provides advisory services, strategies and solutions to meet their clients' evolving needs. You'll get the chance to be part of a progressive company with more than 20 offices around the world.

What will you be doing?

• Providing marketing support to senior bankers
• Creating and/or assisting with the development of pitch books
• Assisting with marketing/project related work to support the group
• Scanning confidential documents for electronic storage
• Data entry and updating internal systems
• Drafting documents for the wider team

About you.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce and will have demonstrable advanced Microsoft Excel Skills. This position requires a German speaker who exhibits effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to independently manage your own workload and have excellent planning and organisational skills. You'll excel working in a team environment and possess great attention to detail.
