Not only do they support their customers but they are driven to ensure that all employees are fully engaged at all times.
Description
The Helpdesk Advisor will be responsible for planning and arranging call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials, Extra Works within contracted SLAs. They will be arranging orders for tools and equipment whilst working through the same orders to make sure that they are back logged into the system. Furthermore, the general filing duties are required to ensure the filing system is neat and tidy to make sure information is quickly received.
Profile
The Helpdesk Advisor will have/be:
- Experience in IT systems
- Previous role in Customer Service/ Helpdesk
- Organised
- A excellent telephone manner
- Motivated to resolve customer complaints
- Team Player
Job Offer
£7-£9 per hour + holiday pay + excellent training provided + immediate start
