PA, Family Office

Has it always been your dream to work for a Family Office? Based in lovely offices in a converted mews house in Belsize village, this is a fabulous role to support 3 down to earth, highly successful businessmen with interests in Property, Law and other diverse sectors.

This is a new position so the successful candidate will have the opportunity to stamp their own mark on the role!

Initially, you will organise all of the general office functions. You will help manage and oversee worldwide properties - some in the South of France, South Africa and the US.

As you build rapport with your bosses, your role will develop and you will be able to take on many diverse and interesting projects.

you will be responsible for all aspects of office management and upkeep - the bosses are often away so there is a large amount of responsibility in this role.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have significant PA experience and live within easily commutable distance of the office. French speakers are initially preferred.
