A fantastic role has arisen to work for a well known auction house based in beautiful offices in Mayfair.  They are looking for a fabulous Receptionist to join the team. This is not a traditional Reception role in the sense that you will get involved in a lot of exciting tasks.  The main duties of the Receptionist role will be:

  • Ensuring clients receive an excellent and professional service
  • Responsible for making sure the reception area is welcome and tidy at all times
  • Assisting with general administration including processing bids, invoices, receipts etc
  • Diary management
  • Helping to organise the Viewing Days including looking after customers attending the event
  • Event management support

This would suit someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer service, has a real can do attitude as well as having the ability to juggle several conflicting priorities at any time.  This is a busy role that requires someone to remain calm under pressure and be able to think on their feet.  Some previous reception/customer service experience would be ideal!
