A very exciting search firm, are looking for a Training Project Manager. Based in Westminster, this boutique search firm specialises in placing senior level/leaders in over 50 countries worldwide.
THE COMPANY
The team are young, bright, ambitious and vibrant. They have a fabulous culture and invest time and money in employee wellbeing and engagement; sports teams, company away days/ Christmas parties etc. They celebrate everyone's birthdays and will go to the pub on Fridays!
THE ROLE & CANDIDATE
This role is for someone early in their career who would shadow with one of the companies busiest and most experienced Senior Project Managers. This role is a new training position and they need someone to who is bright, switched on and ultimately prepared to work hard. Initially you will provide the Project Manager with administrative support, taking some of that burden, whilst shadowing on meetings. This is a unique opportunity to be learning from the 'best' with a view of developing and becoming a successful Project Manager over time.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary up to £26k for a superstar although this is depending on current package/experience. 8:30-5:30 hours. Profit share and a discretionary bonus, Pension and healthcare.
