Office Assistant for Celebrity Accountants based in Holborn, £22-25K
A really exciting opportunity is now available for an Office Assistant to join a modern, upbeat, friendly Accountancy Firm based in Holborn. You will be joining an office of 20 people who manage the accounts of high net worth individuals and well known celebrities!
As an Office Assistant, duties would include assisting with on boarding of clients, setting up rooms for client meetings, meeting and greeting clients, answering incoming calls, sorting the post, office management and purchasing of office supplies, organising internal and client events, etc. The role would also involve doing internal accounting which they will train you on.
You will provide administrative support to the wider team as and when required and should be happy and willing to help with small projects or help the team with their day to day work. This role requires someone that takes pride in their professionalism and can meet and greet new clients, acting as the face of the company.
Ideally my client are looking for a graduate or someone of graduate caliber. You must be organised, motivated to work to high standards, and have excellent attention to detail. It is important that you are professional and discrete at all times in your work.
