Who will you be working for?
Our client is a boutique interior design business working on various projects. This is a newly created position within an established Company with a lovely team culture.
What will you be doing?
My Client is seeking a Candidate to take their business to the next level. Seniors within the business are no longer passionate about being hands on themselves with the business development side of the Company; they want someone on-board who can implement idea, strategy and planning. My Client is very open to ideas and the background of the person moving into this role; whether this includes growth of their team, client/customer networking or marketing ideas.
At this stage they are completely open, but they do envisage someone who can develop into the role... a future MD mind-set would be essential.
As Business Development Executive you will:-
- Support with problem solving.
- Attend networking events and social occasions.
- Recommend potential ideas and strategy to senior manager within the business.
- Report in to management.
- Generate leads.
- Follow up on leads.
- Keep records of customer/client interactions.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Assist with orders and requests.
- Keep Clients/Customer informed.
- Resolve Client/Customer complaints and queries via phone, email, mail or social media.
What do you need?
- Enjoy networking and relationship building (this person will represent the company socially at events).
- Personable and presentable.
- Some relevant experience or a transferrable skillset (whether theory or practical) to have you well equipped with the social confidence and also capability to generate and execute ideas.
- 'Hunger and eagerness to see results.'
- Experience and/or an interest in interiors would be highly desired but not essential.
- Positive attitude and results driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- A team spirited approach to your work.
- Creative outlook, results driven attitude and innovative thinking.
What's in it for you?
In return for working within an innovative and dynamic company you will be rewarded for your hard work with a brilliant working environment, competitive salary and future potential to become a business shareholder…
