My client, one of London’s top Universities, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to begin working with them as soon as possible in one of their main departments.
The role will be full time, for a period of three to four months initially.
The Role
This role as an Executive Assistant will be for around three to four months initially and is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of London’s most prestigious tertiary institutions. The Executive Assistant will be assisting the director of the department.
Duties include
- Act as a key administrative contact for the department
- Minute taking in meetings
- Diary management for the Director
- Travel booking for the director, often international
- Filter email and phone calls, replying where appropriate
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be someone with very strong Executive assistant experience and administration skills to assist the Director of the department. The team are looking for someone with excellent time management. Communication skills are an absolute must, both written and oral. The ideal candidate will have proven administration experience, and this does not necessarily have to be in the education sector, but it certainly would be beneficial.
