Revalidation and Workforce Manager

Our client is looking for an exceptional Revalidation and Workforce Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a chance to get involved with a professional and education body for a specific field of healthcare.

What would you be doing?

As a Revalidation and Workforce Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all activities related to Revalidation and Workforce matters including dealing with any queries.
  • Liaising with key departments.
  • Managing training days.
  • Coordinating the census.
  • Maintaining and improving quality standards.
  • Managing and administering various committees and events.
  • Supporting with projects when required.
  • Managing websites and social media when necessary.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members.

About you:

  • Educated to degree level/management/postgraduate qualifications or equivalent.
  • Provide high quality customer service.
  • Be exceptionally organised.
  • Be able to build and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Have previous experience of managing committees including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking in a professional environment.
  • Confidence in solving problems and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to manage and support a team.
  • Be willing to travel to regional events and work occasional evenings and weekends.
