Tiger Private is looking for a live-in housekeeper to join a very busy family with three children in Notting Hill. The family have 3 dogs so you must be an animal lover! This is the perfect role for a true all-rounder who can provide a high level of support within the household.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will take care of all housekeeping, laundry, cooking and occasional childcare.
Duties will include but shall not be limited to;
WHO YOU ARE
You must be switched on, organised and able to use initiative well. Ideal candidates will have a positive willing attitude and able to offer flexibility.
Candidates will only be considered if they have experience working within private households, 5* hotels or on yachts. - DBS Check - Excellent references
WORKING HOURS/ACCOMMODATION
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am – 7pm with a break in the day. You will also have the option to leave and stay elsewhere on weekends.
The accommodation provided is a self-contained studio flat with a bathroom and kitchen. There is a separate basement entrance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will take care of all housekeeping, laundry, cooking and occasional childcare.
Duties will include but shall not be limited to;
- Housekeeping; hovering, dusting, washing of all floors, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and inside windows. To include cleaning of marble, brass and fine furniture.
- Laundry and Ironing; clothing, bed linen, delicate items, handwashing, making beds etc.
- Wardrobe Maintenance; organising and updating seasonally
- Cooking; preparing breakfast and dinner most evenings
- Table setting and clearing
- Helping/serving at parties
- Feeding and walking the dogs
- Flower ordering and arranging
- Running local errands
- Maintaining stock control of household sundries such as cleaning products, bin bags, lightbulbs etc.
- Responsible for organising household maintenance
- Liaising with family PA and Nanny to ensure smooth running of the household
- Carrying out any other tasks that the employer may reasonably ask
