Our client, a prestigious International Management Consultancy Company based in heart of the West End are now seeking an Operations/Team Assistant to join their friendly and fast paced business.
You will play a vital position within their company supporting the Partners of the business as well as being the key operational support for the company.

Duties include:
*Extensive International Diary Management
*Extensive Global travel arrangements
*Event planning and logistics for the firm's annual Offsite Strategy Weekend, as well as regular smaller client events in London and internal team strategy sessions;
*Involvement in inputting data and pulling reports from the firm's new CRM system;
*IT & Systems Management - main liaison point with the firm's IT support company;
*Assistance with internal meeting agendas and presentations, as required;
*Office management responsibilities
Candidate specification:
*Several years' experience within an Office Manager/EA/PA position
*Excellent multi-tasking skills
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Excellent levels of spoken English written and spoken communication
*Experience arranging international travel and managing complex diaries across different time zones.
This position is to start as soon as possible paying up to £50K
