HR AdvisorBased in Southampton
One of my favourite clients is recruiting for a HR Advisor based in their Southampton office. They are a growing FinTech company who really look after their staff - amazing benefits, working environment and culture.
This HR Advisor will support the growth of the Operations and Contact Centre.
CIPD qualified or part-qualified is required. Paying a competitive salary - £28,000-£32,000 plus great benefits!
You must have past HR Advisor experience and be ready for a challenge. They are looking for a bright, down to earth HR Advisor who is able to go in and hit the ground running.
Duties include:
*Recruitment and attracting new candidates
*Onboarding new starters
*Preparing offer packs and maintaining the supplies
*Attending HR Inductions
*Arranging meetings and interviews
*Preparing reports
*HR Administration
