Summary:

This attractive Marketing and Communications Coordinator opportunity is working for one of the most prestigious Property Consultancies in the UK. This role will be responsible for the marketing, PR and providing sales team support whilst managing the smooth running of a busy department.

This Marketing and Communications Coordinator position requires a very well presented individual with exceptional interpersonal talents. You will have a secretarial / receptionist background and an interest in property.

Requirements:

- 3 years + experience in a similar secretarial or admin role
- Keen interest in property and knowledge of the local area
- Organisation, time management, communication, diary management experience
- Word/ Excel literate. Good word processing skills and mail merge proficiency
- Web/ email/ social media literate
- Good standard of education
- Well spoken, clear speaking voice
- Confidence to set up and update spreadsheets
- 50 wpm typing

Responsibilities include:

- General office organisation and maintenance of front office displays
- Diary management and office administration
- Answering phone promptly in a polite and clear manner so enquiries are dealt with effectively
- Provide secretarial and admin support for the team
- Preparation of pitching documentation for folders including updating the team CVs
- Adding/ removing properties on Lonres (external website)
- Front of house management when necessary
- Assist with booking in market appraisals and viewings
- Providing editorial support to regional press and to central PR for prime properties
- Managing local and national advertising for the office
- Manage office promotional material, including producing brochures
- Prepare marketing collateral to be sent to potential clients
- Prepare and design windows cards
- Organise events including charity events
