Dynamic Assistant required to support a Board level strategic Director, candidates should be used to operating in a highly visible EA function within an international company
This top-tier EA role will offer support to a C-Suite Director who has an extremely client facing position.
The ideal candidate should really enjoy working within a large organisation and understand the pressures and challenges of such an environment. The ability to interface with a variety of high profile internal and external stakeholders is imperative.
This is a true 1:1 to role where the Director will require multi-faceted support.
Duties:
*Extensive diary management, arranging numerous internal and external meetings.
Arranging conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones. Need to
be flexible and adaptable to constantly changing diary and priorities.
*Arrange international travel, including itineraries, visas, transfers
and accommodation.
*Acting as a gatekeeper, sorting e-mail for priority and responding appropriately,
managing incoming correspondence, answering and screening calls.
*Drafting email correspondence on behalf the Director.
*Produce documentation for the Director, within Word, PowerPoint and Excel and
Boardpad.
*Set up and management of leadership governance meetings.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Build working
relationships across a wide range of internal departments. Acting as first point of
contact for all internal and external inquiries.
*Build excellent working relationships with EAs of the Global Leadership Team and
liaise extensively with EAs in other regions.
*Speak with clients and their Assistants, building rapport and a positive working
relationship.
Requirements for this Executive Assistant role.
*Ideally degree or equivalent, but not essential
*5 + years' PA / EA experience operating within a 1:1 capacity of a large global
company.
*Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
*Experience of using BoardPad/Concur and SAP necessary
*Very IT literate and resourceful, proactive nature
*High attention to detail
