Rapidly growing construction firm are looking for a Team Coordinator to support their Project Team

Your new company
This rapidly growing construction firm are looking for a Team Assistant to support their Project Team. The design and construct unique buildings. They pride themselves on understanding their clients needs and create a strategy on how to meet these needs. They are growing rapidly and looking for an equally ambitious individual to join them.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the diary management on the Associate Directors, Associates and project team. You will be managing their inboxes, reviewing and responding when necessary. You will be gate keeping for the Project Team. You will also be arranging the meetings, booking venues, refreshments and equipment and following up to ensure everything flows in a smooth manner.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have supported in a similar role previously. You will be proactive and have the ability to deal with issues before they arise. You will need strong organisational skills. You will be a motivated individual that can work independently as well as in a team. You will be working in a fast paced environment so the ability to work under pressure is a must.
