Corporate Receptionist/ Administrator - City Of London
£23,000-£27,000
Front of House Administrator position is now available to join an Investment company based in the heart of the city! They have beautiful offices in a great location and they are looking for an experienced receptionist to join their team! Previous reception/front of house experience is essential.
They are seeking a corporate and immaculately presented receptionist; this is a hands-on position where you are the first point of contact to meet and greet visitors. You will also be supporting the teams with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
*Managing a switchboard
*Booking meeting rooms
*Booking couriers and taxis
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Processing incoming and outgoing mail
*Managing meeting rooms, ensuring refreshments and equipment
*Administrative duties
*General adhoc duties such as filing and photocopying
*Keeping the reception area tidy at all times
The successful candidate will need to be a team player who has the ability to adapt quickly to their surroundings and possess an excellent attention to detail. You will need to have strong MS Office skills, be pro-active and ready to impress. The ideal candidate for this position will have corporate reception experience preferable within Finance or Professional Services. They must be polished, have strong telephone manner, good IT skills and is personable.
