This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with an excellent working knowledge of the Legal sector to take on the role of Practice Manager for a highly regarded independent law firm, based in the heart of the West End.

As lynchpin of the business, the responsibilities of the Practice Manager will understandably be wide ranging, but will include:


* Providing HR and Employee Relations support to a workforce of around 60 individuals
* Responsibility for end to end firm Recruitment at all levels
* Management of trainees and work experience programmes
* Working on a wide range of projects, e. the implementation of software, from vendor selection through to implementation
* Assisting the firms Business Developer e. liaison with PR and SEO agencies

Practice Manager - what we're looking for:


* An HR Generalist with experience of recruiting at all levels, from graduate through to Partner level
* A legal background is essential familiarity with legislation such as SRA Accounts Rules will be vital
* Someone who is comfortable working in a standalone role
* The gravitas necessary to work with senior level individuals and push back when needed
* An ideas person who can be creative in their thinking and also offer objective advice when needed
