ABOUT THE ROLE AND FIRM:

We are a family office set up and our business is focusing on investing in luxury property and other businesses in the UK.   Founded in late 2018, we are small team working to deliver our CEO’s mission to establish a small investment/business office. 

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to help with this.  This is an ideal second jobber, we are looking with for someone with common sense, and who can use their initiative to get the job done. Your role will be varied and fast paced and you will be expected to handle a variety of admin tasks.

Your job will be to support the Operations Manager and EA, who is very busy supporting the CEO.  The role will be 75% errand and lifestyle and 25% accounting/office admin.

  • Meet and Greet guests
  • Organise travel and produce travel itineraries
  • Organise stationery
  • Filing (online and paper)
  • Errand running, such as shopping, dropping of deliveries, liaising with services etc
  • Post and couriers (updating delivery tracker)
  • Organise meetings and book meeting space
  • Any other adhoc projects that come up
  • Processing of Expenses
  • Processing of Invoices
  • Updating projects budgets
  • Experience using Xero and some basic bookkeeping an advantage.
