Our client is a media research agency based in leafy warehouse offices in London’s popular Clerkenwell district.

This role is to maintain the smooth running of the Purchase Ledger Function for the Group and assist the Assistant Accountant when required.

You will be responsible for Purchase Ledger, Petty Cash & Expenses, Bank & Cashflows and other ad hoc tasks. You’ll ensure invoices are authorized , coded and posted, conduct Supplier Statement Reconciliations, liaise with new suppliers, set up new suppliers, process fortnightly BACS payment runs, post and reconcile company credit cards.

You’ll manage petty cash vouchers, conduct weekly reconciliations for petty cash and obtain cash for focus groups; ensuring expenses are authorized. You’ll provide support to the Assistant Accountant, entering and maintaining Project Information from CRM into SAGE and other ad hoc tasks as required.

You’ll have good excel skills, fab phone manner, good organizational skills and the ability to multi task, work under pressure and work always to detail.
