A prestigious London law firm is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their Risk and Compliance department on an ongoing temporary basis, assisting with setting up information barriers on client matters.  Responsibilities will include checking matter openings, setting up access requests on the file management system, inputting data onto the internal system, updating spreadsheets, liaising with fee earners regarding new matter requests, carrying out general administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning, and any other duties when required.  The client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking candidates who work well within a busy team and have recent office administrative experience.  Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a flexible attitude to their work.  Applicants should also have good IT skills, along with excellent written, communication and organisational skills.
