Float Legal Secretary / PA - Ongoing temporary assignment

London

£38,000k equivalent

  • Would you like to work for a Top 50 London Law Firm?
  • Do you have previous experience as a Float Legal Secretary / PA?
  • Are you able to start immediately?

We are currently working with one of the highest rated UK Law Firms in London to secure an experienced Float Legal Secretary / PA on an ongoing temporary basis. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting up to Partner level across the Firm;
  • Providing extensive Secretarial PA assistance;
  • Document production and management;
  • Complex digital dictation;
  • Extensive Diary Management.

This role would suit someone:

  • With previous Float Legal Secretary / PA experience in a large City Law Firm;
  • Who is immediately available;
  • With the ability to come in and hit the ground running
  • Who has at least 3 years experience as a Float Legal Secretary / PA.
