Integrated Production Coordinator

An exciting Live Events and Marketing agency based in Central London are searching for an Integrated Production Coordinator with a great personality to join their growing team! Sitting within a new team, you will be fundamental to the success of the department and work closely with the head of integrated production, on the admin side and day to day duties of running the department. Your role as Production Coordinator will be to support the head of production providing a high standard of administrative support within a busy studio environment. Your role will include administrative support, sourcing time sheets, creating purchase orders help with resourcing and IT support. You will manage the allocation of resources across departments working alongside the production and talent/resourcing manager. Data management is a key element to this role and you must have a broad knowledge of excel with a passion for the quantitate side of things. You will also be assisting with recruitment, client meeting set ups, pitches, NB meetings and there will be some assisting to the MD which you must be open to. This is a role with broad duties that will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy and vibrant environment.

The ideal candidate will have a team/project coordination background ideally within events, media or creative. You must be proficient in using MS office and have excellent organisation and time management Skills. You will ideally have a background in managing data and collating information. You should be a people person, who enjoys process and structure! In addition, you should be, proactive, tenacious and be totally comfortable supporting the head of department with a flexible, muck-in attitude.
