Our client are an innovative central London based firm - seeking a Travel Coordinator.
This permanant role includes
Coordinating all travel arrangements for international candidates and new joiners
Coordinating travel arrangements for internal employees for business trips, board meetings and executive travel
Composing visa invitations for employees relocating from overseas offices
Providing advice to staff from all countries on any visa queries
Raising invoices, approving invoices when needed and liaising with external suppliers or finance team
Reconciling debit and credit cards
Keeping track of PayPal, credit card and debit cards balance daily
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Experience working in a fast-paced environment in an administrative capacity
Experience booking high volume of international and national travel
Experience raising invoices and reconciling accounts
A calm head under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Demonstrable organisation and planning skills
Proactive problem solver
Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to deliver to a high standard
