French Office Manager / Administration Manager

Location: West London

Salary: From 23,000 to 27,000 GBP depending on experience

This role is a hybrid position of Office Management, Administration and Support to the Managing Director. We are looking for an adaptable, resourceful and hard-working individual to join in a small but very fast-paced company. This is the perfect role for someone looking to build a career as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.

The ideal background of the candidate will be around one or two years in an Admin-Support-Office Management role within a Corporate Office, although other profiles will also be considered.

Within others, your responsibilities will be:

- Liaising and working closely with the French office

- Travel arrangements, couriers, catering.

- Assistance during meetings including welcoming visitors.

- Copy-typing, inserting amendments and formatting documents.

- Diary Management and managing time sheets and support with petty cash and expenses registration.

- Dealing with urgent queries via phone and email

- Writing/responding to emails, taking messages

- Liaising with clients and partners and answering any queries in a professional and polite manner.

- Taking care of orders for the office (stationery, water, etc) and check stock level.

What we are looking for:

- Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people at all levels;

- Excellent communication skills in both English and French;

- Team player with good time management and organisational skills;

- Able to work under pressure;

- Good understanding of Outlook, Explorer, Word, Excel and Power Point.
