Our client is seeking a high performing and experienced Chief of Staff to take full ownership across the running of the Private Office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will act as the go-to and report into the high profile Principal, overseeing the day to day management of all matters within the Private Office which is made up of various properties. Duties include:
A hands-on, focused and experienced individual with experience working in a similar set up for a high profile and demanding Principal. Strong people management is key, particularly across household environments.
Essential requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will act as the go-to and report into the high profile Principal, overseeing the day to day management of all matters within the Private Office which is made up of various properties. Duties include:
- Process management across all properties
- Managing travel arrangements across the team, complex logistics and diary management
- Managing relationships with existing suppliers and future / potential relationships across business, media, politics
- Work closely with others across the office and provide progress reports
- Oversight of all financial matters across the office and households
- Manage project work / renovation across properties, rental opportunities, contracts and future purchases
- People management across all households and any HR related matters, staffing needs, new hires
- Arrange large scale events and smaller but high profile events
A hands-on, focused and experienced individual with experience working in a similar set up for a high profile and demanding Principal. Strong people management is key, particularly across household environments.
Essential requirements:
- Experience working for an UHNWI and familiarity with these demanding environments
- Exceptional time management and ability to run various on-going projects
- Ability to lead and manage a team – motivate individuals and instil the highest of customer service standards
- Strong IT skills, excellent communicator and written skills
- Experience managing budgets and all finances
- Event planning and management
- Experience in coordinating private travel
- Adaptable, committed and highly resilient – able to deal with last minute, changing schedules
