What will you be doing?

Currently they are looking for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join the team. Your primary accountability is for the running of the finance department on a variety of tasks and duties. You will be involved with;

• Invoicing and Credit Control - production of weekly invoice reports for seniors and management of invoices.
• Maintenance of project information support.
• Payroll - preparation of the monthly salaried payroll, reconciliations etc.
• Month end accounts - support the Financial controller with MI and reconcile and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Timesheets and system processing - chasing staff timesheets and ensuring all are posted in a timely manner

What do you need?:-

This is a hands-on role where you will be dealing with a variety of tasks and will suit someone who is a strong team player with a "can do" attitude. You should also have:

• Previous finance experience and understanding of processes and systems.
• Exceptional excel capability.
• Task driven self-starter, who can work well on their own as well as in a team environment.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable with managing high volume work loads.
• Analytical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
