An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing London office as an Office Manager within the FinTech industry. The client is looking for a self-motivated individual with a desire to take ownership of a fast paced and dynamic office.
Client Details
A Global leading FinTech company based in North West London.
Description
* Managing central services: reception, mail, maintenance and upkeep/tidiness of the office, kitchen
and meeting rooms, etc
* Ensuring adequate stock of stationery, kitchen and other office supplies.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained, compliant with local laws & regulations.
* Organising the office layout, operations and procedures
* Supporting all staff as needed to ensure consistent, effective cross-functional communication. Acting
as a "go to person" for all office needs.
* Liaise with landlord, building management, security, facility management vendors and
maintenance team as needed.
* Manage the on-boarding, off-boarding of employees and executing employee wellness programs,
benefits etc.
* Responsible for IT set ups and liaising with IT services provider.
* Negotiate & Handle office insurance and equipment rental contracts.
* Balance and approve invoices and statements for payment, invoice tracking
Profile
A self-motivated individual with a desire to take ownership of a fast paced and dynamic office. You will need to have phenomenal time management skills and a neck for problem solving.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous office management experience
