A top tier law firm based in the heart of the City are seeking a proactive Legal PA who really wants a role where they will be fully involved with client matters and supporting their fee earners with all aspects of work.

You will have previous experience of working in a City law firm -  Intellectual Property experience is not essential but you an interest in the practice area is a must.

This is a full PA role - you will juggling multiple duties at any one time including, travel; diary management; assisting with billing and managing WIP; managing the expense process for your fee earners; managing events and assisting with business development tasks.
The team may be small but they are friendly and busy - no two days will be the same for you and the firm has such an amazing name that the work the team is handling is high profile with very well known clients.
