You must have experience supporting a HNW individual and enjoy being a Private PA. Your English skills written and spoken will be exemplary and you must be of immaculate appearance as this is also an ambassadorial role to some extent. You should have a CV showing longevity and good academics and have great pride in providing a first class service to your Principal.
