HR Administrator

This is a newly created role due to continued expansion and will offer you the opportunity to kick-start your career in a fast moving HR department.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a London-based craft beer specialist that is growing rapidly. They have an excellent team culture and you'll be working alongside some extremely talented people.

What will you be doing?

As the HR Administrator you will be supporting the HR team, providing an efficient service to meet the business requirements. This role will be responsible for all administrative tasks involved in the recruitment process; advertising, screening and shortlisting candidates. You will be required to conduct telephone interviews and brief candidates on the specifics of job roles. It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail as the role also requires you to maintain Excel databases and involves diary management when coordinating interviews and meeting room bookings.

About you

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about taking their first step into a career in HR. You will be a great communicator, show initiative, have great customer service skills as well as be organised and diligent. The team you will be working with are very friendly and they're looking for someone who will embrace this!
