A global Engineering and Design company based in central London is looking for a Team Coordinator to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be providing complete administrative support to the wider team. You will be organised and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing full administrative support for the engineering teams and acting as the main point of contact for any queries
  • Photocopying and scanning papers to typing, formatting and modifying documents and reports
  • Liaising with a variety of teams including IT, Human Resource, Finance and Marketing to collaborate and coordinate operations
  • Supporting business development with bid preparation including collating relevant experience and team CVs
  • Liaising with architects and using brand guidelines to produce submission documents
  • Creating regular team presentations for office communications and team meetings
  • Supporting project management and resource planning by ensuring that staff time sheets and expenses are submitted promptly
  • Managing staff absences and training's
  • Carrying out project office checks and highlighting areas of concern to Project Directors
  • Supporting and inducting new team members
  • Coordinating of learning and development activities within the group
  • Coordinating, attending and taking minutes for group meetings
  • Organising meetings both internal and external
  • Managing and coordinating business travel arrangements for the team Travel team and external

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must have lived in the United Kingdom for a minimum of 3 year's
  • A minimum of two year's experience within a Team Coordinator or Team Administrator role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
