Tiger Recruitment are currently looking for experienced PA’s who are looking for temporary roles with our clients who are primarily based in Central London.
 
Our client’s range from small boutique firms to large corporate companies. We work with fantastic clients across a range of different industries from finance and banking to creative and tech companies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·         Extensive diary management
·         Organising travel arrangements to suit both International and domestic travel – including travel itineraries, hotel and accommodation
·         Scheduling meetings both internally and externally, as well as scheduling conference calls
·         Events management
·         Inbox management, email correspondence with clients, screening calls and emails
·         Liaising with clients of all levels
·         Proofreading important documents
·         General admin support

Skills and Experience:
 
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Applicable proofreading skills
·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer literate
·         Degree education or equivalent
·         Previous experience in similar roles
