Expanding US law firm client is currently looking for a new HR Administrator/Assistant to provide a support service to the wider HR team and London office. Duties will include managing the HR inbox responding to employee queries and liaising with the HR team as required, assisting with payroll, assisting with recruitment, coordinating updates to and issuing annual calendar for the HR team, timetabling projects and routine tasks, processing expense claims, checking eligibility for expense claims made by members of the firm and sending them for approval, continually reviewing the efficiency of the HR administration processes and making recommendations and any other duties when required.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an excellent working environment and have the opening to progress within the firm as they very much promote internal growth.  The firm is based in stunning offices in the City and standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.  A minimum of 6 months HR experience is essential.
