6 Month FTC: Commercial Technology PA at top International Law Firm – to £40,000

A Prestigious Leading Law Firm is looking to hire a new Legal PA to join the Commercial Technology department in London to work at Partner level on an initial 12 Month FTC. Responsibilities will include, Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of clients, sector mandates, stakeholders and projects, understanding priorities, potential issues, sensitivities and key client stakeholders and practically apply this knowledge to support partners, fee earners and/or senior directors across a range of activities, acting as the key liaison point between clients (both internal and external) and take full responsibility for handling incoming queries/issues, assessing, prioritising and following up requests and actions, whilst managing clients expectations, acting as an integral member of the team, maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required, providing support to the wider team, streamlining and distributing administrative task and managing resources in order to provide an effective and efficient service. Candidates need to have previous Legal Secretarial experience within a City Law Firm, standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
